I just had a baby 5 days ago when can I start to workout are do anything normal, and did anyone use the belt to help with the stomach to get back where it was.

You're advised to wait until after your 6 week check up to do any real workout routine, but you can do some walking in the meantime, that's what I did with my son, it was good to get out of our little cave lol
