Well I had court today for my daughter.... I am now fighting to get her back from being sheltered with my parents 😭😭 I'm being accused of failure to protect! I now am fighting to clear my name. I'm just an absolute mess tonight. And all I want is to hold my baby girl!! 😭😭

Maybe she is very concerned. I would hope thats the case and if she felt that was in the babies best interest and in her heart is fearful then she did the wright thing. As hard as that is to hear when women love a man its hard to see things others do maybe thats where she is at?!? Hopefully it all get

Someone called cps on my fiancé saying he was aggressive towards our daughter. There was never anything more said about it for 3-4 weeks. So we went about our business. Next thing I know cps shows up at my door saying that I am failing to protect our daughter by continuing to let him have contact even though it was never said he couldn't. Another couple weeks go by after I call to ask to have this stupid no contact order lifted. And a week after that she shows up with a sheriff to take my daughter and told me that I failed to protect her because I called and asked to have contact with him.
why are they accusing you of failure to protect?
