Thought I'd share my Labor story! :

April 15th 2015 at about 11pm i checked into labor and delivery for back labor, they checked me and i was only 2cm dilated, as they left to get my discharge papers my contractions became off the charts and babys heart rate dropped below 80. rigbt away they induced me, all while my husband was away training. i called frantically and he showed up four hours later, face paint and all! after they checked me in, they started the pitocin and checked me about every two hours, once I made it to a 3 they gave me meds for the pain (not my epidural) and I danced around the room, three hours later they broke my water because I didn't dilate any farther and my water was straight blood, after that I went to a seven, they gave me my epidural and my catheter and another couple hours later they checked me again and still no progress, my son was in distress and his heart rate again droppes below 80 so I had a c section. but I only believe that happened because I was induced before baby was ready to come out and my body also wasn't ready. I had my son at 38 weeks and 4 days. I was in labor from the 15th until 3:28am the 17th. 💙💙💙
