Has any of you ladies took Zoloft for depression? and can tell me anything about it? good and bad.

I have before I was pregnant, not to many side effects but it does take a while to find the right dose 😩

I took it but my body didn't respond well to it. It had adverse effects and ended up making me feel suicidal. However, it may work for you just fine depending on the dosage. Everyone reacts differently.

My doctor started me on 50mg I've never taken them before 😔 @hermommy @katarama

@tylersbaby30 @katarama is exactly right everyone reacts differently just Pay very very close attention to how you feel and all of that

@tylersbaby30 50 is what they usually start you on. It does take about a month for it to fully kick in, so don't worry if you feel the same for a few weeks. Just try to keep in touch with your emotions and if you start feeling considerably worse for any reason let your doctor know immediately. I just tried to stick it out and ended up having a manic episode and landed myself in the hospital.

I took it before I got pregnant, I was going to get on a low dose in my 3rd trimester but I didn't want to risk any possible birth defects
