Hey ladies! quick question! just ate Jimmy John's and obviously that has deli meat a cooked bacon but my doctor said it's fine to eat deli meat this day an age while pregnant but I still feel guilty!

I was told that fresh cut deli meat is fine but prepackaged isn't unless heated because its not properly refrigerated

I always heat mine up. I hate it because I'm craving a cold sandwich haha but, my doctor said it's better safe than sorry. She said if it happens very rarely to not worry too much
