so I have a question.. I went to my ob today and they measure the baby being 13 w and 3 days buttt..…

Some babies measure smaller some bigger. It's not a big deal. My baby has always measured a week smaller than my due date based on lmp but dr won't change it Bc it's not that big of a deal. It's just an estimate

my son measures a few days behind my first few ultrasounds. the doctor is keeping my date cause it's just a few days and the baby could randomly have a growth spurt. maybe that's why!

that's actually quite right the forder ultrasound is the most accurate, I had the same issue at one point but as long as there isn't a two week difference your doctor shouldnt and wont change your duedate:) trust your doctor he or she knows alot about what's going on

okay! because at the beginning they couldn't estimate . and now the baby is form they can but they said since it's not a whole week they not going to change it . they going by what my last mentrual period was which btw I guessed and 1st ultra sound but I'm pretty sure they will change it along the way. @hermommy

@myramercado hmm that's strange? Even with just a sac they should've been able to tell you how far and a due date. With my gestational sac I was told it measured 5weeks 4 days. But your doctor knows best I promise if you doubt who you choose get a second opinion:) Just remember it's just an estimate and babies come when they want to lkl

my belly was measuring 2 weeks ahead for a month, we even did an ultrasound to check his size and he was 2 weeks ahead. my doctor didn't change my due date tho, she said he is just a little big for his age, that's all. at my appt on monday my belly was only measuring 1 week ahead now, instead of two, and she said that's totally normal, he just had a growth spurt early on, and we are right on track. don't worry about it unless your doctor gives you something worth worrying about, because every baby still grows at their own pace.

they measure the baby not me lol since I still don't have a belly to measure . they did the whole bone and neck stuff measuring and the one side to another measurements and it measure 13 weeks and 3 days but I guess I'll wait and see how this turns out!!! @maybabyboy

at my ultrasound 2 weeks ago they measured him and he was 2 weeks ahead, and they said that's normal, he is just gonna be a big boy if he keeps it up, but it just looks like he slowed down a bit because my belly has slowed down some.
