Update if anyone cares! Lol. Out judge was busy all morning with another case, so a different judge took the case for today, told my hubs that if it was up to him, that he would give my hubs custody since she hasn't shown up to any hearings that she was supposed to, unfortunately he can't completely override the case's actual judge. So they are gonna talk and I believe we will have court again on May 4th. So kinda good news, kind of a waste of time. 😑🙏🏼 prayin they both agree though!

I'd she don't show up to any court dates he can get custody of his baby she isn't doing what she us suppose to and looks bad on her

@mommyof5kayla, that's what they said! They said her keepin him from him and not showing up is irresponsible and should not have custody at this point. So hopefully we will only be two more weeks without him, then gettin him full time,!

Yes is he on child support if he is he has all rights to see his child and she can go to jail for keeping his child from him

She never signed the paperwork to recieve the CS! Then changed her number and filed a protective order against him sayin "he keeps callin to see his son" wtf?! So we've had no way of gettin money to her or seeing him, except through court.

then yes keep up with court don't bother her just keep it threw court and ask for legal aids help for a lawyer to get custody as well but keep up with everything they ask you too because then it will all look beat on yall don't give up you will have him soon and when you do get custody take a cop with you to pick him up and have your papers of she don't give him to you the cop can arrest her for kidnapping
