Also does any one know if FemFresh actually causes thrush or does it help to clean down there?

it can cause thrush for some people, the same with soap products xx

Use a non perfumed or just use water to clean or squeeze the soap all over like your body and then when your rinsing off it will just go down over your lady area that's what I was advised @leigh-amyxo xx

@leigh-amyxo, I never use any cleaning products, sprays or wipes down there. I just rinse with water. I occasionally use sensitive or natural baby wipes to give myself a freshen up when needed! Tight under wear and trousers can also cause thrush! Xx

I brought some the other day @leigh-amyxo and used it once and I was so so sore , had to by some cream xx

I've always used it and got on fine with it but then when I got pregnant I changed to the canestan one and that one is fantastic! so far so good, my friend recommended it because when she tried to use the femfresh after seeing it at my house she said she really was burning down below it was an awful pain looool bless her. I'd say maybe due to the hormones and everything being crazy right now it's better to just use water but if you want to use a mild soap on the outside then the canestan wash is best. xx
