I got one and it has eased my worries so much! They really aren't hard to use. I'm such a worrier so it has been amazing! Or even if I'm just having a bad day and need something to lift my spirts, I listen to baby :)

I have one and love it. I bought it mainly so my son could be more involved. he always walks around saying mommy lay down i want to hear my baby lol. I've read we should use it more than a couple minutes a day. I waited til about 14 weeks or so for a stronger heart beat.. it's a blessing to have. like you said appointments are every month this early on..

I have one sonoline B, just limit use to a few minutes a day. The only danger is that some mom's may ignore warning signs that something is wrong just because they can hear their baby's heartbeat. That's the only negative I found in all the research I have done. Basically if you are experiencing other signs, the fact that your baby has a heartbeat doesn't mean baby is okay.
