try cold water or oj, a warm bath or shower might help, the only time my daughter stays back there is when I'm on my feet, she thinks it's comfy and it makes me soooooo uncomfortable
idk they turn and move alot at this stage, she was already head down at my sono but they said she might not stay that way. I hope she moves and gives you some relief!

yessss. she's only like half a pound but the pressure is unreal, I just lay on my side and she moves to the front
