No I didn't I just wore jeans and a pink long sleeve shirt I got at maternity motherhood it was more comfortable for me ☺️. I took mine earlier at like 28 weeks this is one of the pictures. I tried so hard to find a dress but I'm tall and with a belly it was hard to find anything that went all the way to the ground.
