I've been having really really bad cramps since yesterday afternoon that will not go away with bouts…

I've been having really really bad cramps since yesterday afternoon that will not go away with bouts of nausea here and there. I've done everything from drinking ice cold water to taking a bath to laying down with my legs and feet propped up and nothing seems to help. I've tossed and turned all night being in pain and I woke up to the worst headache I've ever had. I ended up keeping my oldest daughter home from school to help out with my other 2 because I can't even see! to focus. I called my ob and I'm waiting for them to call me back to see what I should do and I already have an appointment for tomorrow but I didn't think I could hold out that long.
