so annoyed. All day every day all my SO seems to care about is all the basketball stuff going on.…

Mines literally kicking his ass into gear. My husband cleaned his trashed car made it look new, got a car seat, and the infant holder to put in, hes prepared, he set up a plan with my mom to stay with us on may 1st, so she can take me into labor, and delivery, so he can work as long as possible, and then head to me asap when I call him in my moms car.

guys will never understand until we are in the hospital and baby is here. they don't become a daddy until the baby is here apparently where we are mothers from the day we get pregnant. hopefully he will straighten up once your little baby is here

@gingermama this is why I'm so pissed, he's been nothing but supportive and helpful my whole pregnancy, he even makes most of the appointments for me hahah. But since last week it's like he just isn't realizing how fuckin soon this is all happening! We still have to order a new base for our infant car seat and he says every day that he will call Graco to order it but nope that's still not done. He did help me with my birth plan the other day which was nice but it really seems like he cares more about all this basketball shit than this baby. I know that's not the case it just seems that way

I would break down and freak out like you are upset that the baby can come any minute.

That or go in the bathroom and scream and when he comes running go Im sorry I thought my water broke it was just discharge.

at least then he might wake up and go Oh shit that could have been real and the cars broken.

@germanayy I hope so too! I think he will, he's been really supportive through my whole pregnancy just these last couple weeks I've been annoyed. Hell it could even be hormones lol

@gingermama 😂😂 that's funny! The car works and everything it runs fine it's not even an old car by any means but I think there is a hole in the muffler cause it's making an awful sound and when the muffler is messed up it fucks with your whole exhaust system. I keep telling him how bad it is for me to be in the car breathing in fumes and he just says I know I know

@emkasting, I definitely have my moments where I want to freak out on my so because he doesn't want to do something like go baby shopping or put together something. I'm like ocd and need to have everything done. the car is definitely a huge deal. I had to put together the baby swing, the pack and play changing table thing, the stroller, I put the car seat in the car and cleaned it out. at least I know I will do things right and not half ass them. just try to breathe and think people used to do this without all this crap we have nowadays and they made it

I'm the same way, I want everything put together, put away, organized and clean. Mostly cause I know it won't stay that way once baby is here lol! Is this your first baby too? @germanayy

I'm due May 14 :) I'm starting to think my guy will be late! He hasn't dropped, I haven't had not one Braxton hicks contraction my whole pregnancy, no sign of mucus plug..nothing! I sure do hope once my due date comes he starts making progress on his own so I won't have to get induced or something like that :/ @germanayy

ya I hope I don't have to be induced or have a c section. I can't even walk without getting contractions it's horrible. the lower he gets the more it hurts @emkasting
