The older ladies at my job thinks I complain to Much. Just got this job, overnight stocking. Was suppose to leave at 7 but just now leaving. & when I complain about how heavy things are, soon as I walk away these guys are whispering about me. I know it's about me. They know I'm pregnant , should I talk to my boss about overnight cashier? Should I switch my position. I love this job because it pays every week. But I'm 5 months, I don't like to be lifting heavy weights & things. You're not really suppose to anyway.

I worked at aldi during my first pregnancy and I worked truck until I was 5 months (my manager took me off not my doctor) you will hurt yourself before you hurt baby is what my doctor said.... you could talk to your manager about a cashier position, also talk to your doctor and see what they tell you

yes you should.. you should not be doing heavy lifting at this stage of your pregnancy... The women who are there seem like they just might like to gossip so who cares what they think... You don't want to start losing fluid or anything else to serious where you have to be on permanent bedrest.. Goodluck!

I am a CNA I'm almost 7 months pregnant I still do everything but I haven't had any problems but I would do what you feel comfortable with don't yourself be careful for you and your baby

I did some stocking while I was pregnant with 2 of my kids but I don't think I would have liked to do it 8 hrs straight. I'd ask if there's a different position you can try. If not you might need to find a new job :(

stocking is not a good job for a pregnant woman in my opinion, not only is it almost always heavy lifting but bending over is going to be getting more difficult the farther along you get.
