Did anyone else's baby start trying to breastfeed 3 or 4 months after they were born?? My baby wasn't able to suck or latch on after she was born and showed ZERO interest in breastfeeding. I was only able to pump for her for 3 weeks before it made me too weak to take care of her, that's another story.
My point is why would she suddenly have that instinct??? lol! I tried so hard to get her to bf while she was in the nicu but she would not have it and suddenly she attacks my boobs and soaks my shirt every time she's hungry! It almost makes me feel bad 😩

I heard after a baby is bottle fed it's hard to get them to latch because they are used to a bottle.

She wasn't bottle fed when I tried in the hospital, she had a feeding tube. We ended up using bottles because she was too weak to breastfeed. I don't have milk anymore I just find it weird that she suddenly seems to want to breastfeed lol @twinscomingsoon

@craftycroft, aw poor thing I'm glad to hear she is doing better. Maybe you can try to pump and see if your milk comes back in. It's def possible.just keep trying. It's def possible I just heard it could be more difficult to get her to latch at first

I think she would have an awful time latching lol, she's so clumsy 😥 she still has trouble with her bottles sometimes @twinscomingsoon
