I promise it's not as bad as it seems. I was induced and my total labor (in the hospital) was less than 24 hours and I only pushed for about 30 minutes. Good luck!
I'm not gonna lie to you, the contractions were absolutely painful. And my daughter was sunny side so I had excruciating back labor on top of the contractions. But, the epidural did wonders, once I decided to get it. And I had them keep the lights dimmed, room as quiet as possible, and had a cool damp cloth on my head and all those things also helped.
