You're a mom you're busy and focused on him not on yourself it's understandable my husband said when the baby is 3-4 months your gonna start working out and my reply was the way I have to take care of you her and myself I don't see myself having time for it and if you don't like it please go find yourself a woman you like while I care for my child instead of my looks

you have to get yourself back. if you have family ask them to watch your baby while you get back to doing things for u!

I think it's normal. I was feeling like this as well i decided to start working out. It is helping i am also looking forward to going back to work after 3 months maternity leave. Although i will miss my son.
