Yeah I think so too @courtniegeexo I just need it sorted, I'm going to ring doctors tomorrow and tell them I need to see a doctor tomorrow because I can't even wear knickers that's how painful it is xx

yh hun same thing user to happen to me, tbh I was told by the midwife to get him treated as well as although men don't necessarily display symptoms they can give the thrush back to you after you've had it treated. Get it treated again and apply the cream, store it in the fridge first because it's so much more soothing when it's cool lol, I used to apply ice in a towel whilst I was waiting for the canestan to get cold xx

can I put that cream inside me though? the one I have off doctor says I cant:/ I'm more sore on the entrance of my vagina, can I put it there or not? @nadsx316 xx

nah not inside hun but I used to apply it all over the outside...another thing that helped was a bath with Epsom sea salt. I'd use it close to the entrance but don't let it get in just in case it makes it worse, wrap some ice cubes in tissue where its most painful and irritating and hold it there it should help xx

the cold.flannel hasn't helped @nadsx316 :/ I'll get my OH to apply the cream when he's home from work in half hour thanks, definitely getting up early tomorrow to ring doctors xx

aww sorry hun, I hope you get it sorted soon...I know what it feels like and it's absolutely awful, every time I got rid of it, it came right back a few days to a week later I was so frustrated and fed up. xx

yh I know exactly what you mean, you should have it cleared up by then...my little one was fine but I stopped having sex because I felt like I was allergic to my husband 🙈😂😂 it seemed to be that it would come back whenever we did the deed and when I stayed clear and treated it I was fine lol, we applied the canestan to him too so after baby was born and I had recovered and was ready to be intimate again I'd be fine and I was thank God lol xx

I get thrush all the time :( the treatment time is about a week, so apart from the pessary you should have gotten cream too. and give it to your husband as well as he can pass it right back to you as soon as you become clear of it. but for the week that you ate using treatment you should also be using condoms :(

it says don't have sex for 3-5 days and we didn't, it was a week after, I'll give it to my OH too to use, but I had cream few months ago off doctor so I'll use that tonight and phone doctors tomorrow morning xx

Ah oh no! yh that sucks, defo get him to use the cream and when you see the Dr they'll probably prescribe you another pessary and you can use that and the cream and get him to use it too then if you wait a minimum of a week to be intimate again you should hopefully be ok xx

@leigh-amyxo Hun...I wouldn't worry too much about your bubs getting thrush...he can get it even if you don't have it :) Hmm it is common to get a bit swollen down there. Have you heard of Bio yogurt? I had thrush once...and my mum said to put that inside..it is natural...and the enzymes work on the bacteria Xx

yh sometimes that can happen, not to sound crude but get him to take a close look and check for any cuts, scratches or grazes down there cos one of those will make it painful too...feel better soon hun xx

Yeah he looked down there and said it was red and put the cream on for me, I got doctors on Monday at 10 past 10 so hopefully it will get sorted @nadsx316 xxx

Yh also you could see the pharmacist before then and get some advice and see what he or she recommends in the meanwhile? they are usually really helpful and when you can whilst you're home try and go without underwear it helps lol xxx

Yeah I will, I also have no money until next Thursday so I can't buy any treatment, because I have seen you can get the internal cream instead of having the tablet but I haven't got the money to get it:/ @nadsx316 xx

oh no..ok yh it's best just to get your gp to prescribe some of the internal cream for you then hun, I didn't even know they did that...i'll remember that in case I end up with it again lol xx
