Perineal I think. I would talk with your doctor first. Mine actually told me massaging the area will make the skin more prone to tear because it won't be as tough.. Idk how true it is. But I think most people tear a little at least, my baby was over 8 lbs and I had slight tearing. Best thing to do to keep your skins elasticity is drink ALOT of water 😊

ohh really thank you i didnt know that i will talk to him about it tomorrow.. because i know when i gave birth to my son the doctor made me stop pushing and said he was going to have to cut me because if not my son was going to tear me alot @babyjjsmommy

I had to be cut with my first because I began to tear so my doctors have all cut me with each child after, before I could even have a chance to tear. it was almost like they cut me the other times just because I had been cut with my first. I would ask your doctor if they're going to go ahead and cut you just because you were cut the first time....

yea i have a doctors appointment tomorrow ima ask cause he cut me with my son because he said my son was going to rip me everywhere
