This is why I refuse to take tums while pregnant and my ob strongly agrees! Its not good for baby.

this makes me feel so guilty... I've been eating tums like candy lately.. ughhh.... I need to find something else to help with this terrible heartburn..

My ob told me laying on your leftside with reduce it. Seems to work for me. I've had maybe tums 2 times but only because acid went into my lungs. I didn't find this out until I seen a post where a mom lost her child to cps because he had rickets and they thought he was being abused.

Then I did my own research and talked to my ob about it.

Good thing I hate Tums. lmao I drink milk for heartburn.
