@alexzandrea, ya my mom was at 3cm but Idk now lol

And every hospital is different, my doctor wouldn't have me admitted till I was 5 cm.

Contracting regularly

I was 3cm 80%thinned for three weeks with my first and still had to be induced a week late. They usually won't keep you unless your dilated and contracting

yeah I had contractions on Monday all night and a few today but will see I guess lol I just thought they keep u at the hospital after 3cm or so

You'll just keep dilating till your water breaks. You'll also probably start having lots of contractions. Be sure to time them!
