I tried both and they both have me a UTI... not sure if I'm just super lucky like that or what lol but I liked preseed better but I'd recommend not using as much as it tells you too at first because it makes it's gross feeling down there. A little goes defiantly a long way. Also if you can put it in laying down because it doesn't leak as much.
