So today I drop my two year old off at daycare at 11:30 and pick her up at 2:30. From that little time being there she got a busted lip and no one had an explanation as to how she got it nor did they know it happened. Yet half her lip is bruise and on the inside looks like her tooth went inside and came back out. So I'm sure it bleed. I just don't know what to do, now. Like what actions do I take?

@joan32393 hmmmmm. There is bound to be someone over the director, maybe look online or ask the office because thats not okay its really not, someone should know what happened

umm you need to talk to the director!!! they are supposed to let you know any time something happens... even if she just fell down and bumped her to! chances are she probably just fell on a toy but either way they should be able to tell you what happened ..

I have Action For Children, so I'm going to wait for my approval letter to move her to another daycare. This one doesn't have true leadership or organization.

ask to see the cameras in the daycare room. they should have to show you if you ask. even if she just fell on a toy, someone should know what happened because like you said, it probably bled and of course a teacher had to have cleaned it up.

I'd take a picture of it ,also will let them know you will be leaving them because of this incident
