Had another stretch and sweep. And in my notes it says my cervix is medium? Does anyone know what this means? Tia

I had a sweep today too  and baby was fully engaged, my notes say effaced central cervix ( which I think is the softening of the cervix and it's in the right place for delivery @melltaylor123

Medium hight, so not too high and not low down, just in the middle x
