So I just had my baby girl in sept. which was a tough pregnacy, I gained quite a bit of weight. well I haven't had time to lose it now I'm pregnant again due sept 19 2016. Any suggestions to help with safe weight lose during pregnancy?
I wouldn't necessarily worry about losing weight right now because you're pregnant but if you go to YouTube you can find some pregnancy safe workouts and healthier food options to where you won't gain as much. And there's some protein shakes you can take while pregnant. That way you can snap back quick after this pregnancy and be used to the healthier lifestyle. 😊
