You're still very early! I didn't start feeling more consistent movements till around 25 weeks. Plus baby could be facing your spine and that may be why you're not feeling anything. What really helped ease my mind was getting a fetal doppler to use at home, so if I didn't feel baby for a while I would just listen to his heart beat and it always makes me feel so much better ☺️ but yeah just drink some sugary juice or ice cold water and lay on your left side for a bit! Don't stress mama
I was going to say everything ^^ said above. Movement still isn't consistent at all as early as you are! I know it's scary sometimes but remember to breathe! The doppler helped me a ton, and cold OJ always gets my son moving! Breathe. :)

You're still early! I would worry, but try drinking ice cold water and laying on your side or eating something sweet
