What is the best birth control? Not getting the depo an don't know if I want the pill again

everyone likes different things it depends on your body , I personally love the Mirena, it gives me super light periods no cramping... and it does the job lmao

I have a 3 year iud Liletta at first I bled for like 3 months straight but I barley get a period now and no cramps I'll take it lol. I was on the depo for 3 years screwed my body up so much took my husband and I over a year to conceive everyone's different tho.
