took my sons temp at 3:30ish (an hour after his meds) his temp was 99.6 and he was super sweaty like his fever broke.... now 4 1/2 hours after meds it's back up to 102... ugh what do I do? my daughter has an appointment this morning, do I ask the receptionist to make my son an appointment for later? I feel dumb for asking this but anytime he's had a fever it's gone away after a couple doses of meds

they should give you one see of they can do it right after

if you call the doctor can usually see both at the same time she/he just stays in the room for it

they said to push fluids and try motrin... no dairy.. he has not other symptoms except cold symptoms..... if something else comes up I have to call right away or take him in... gonna get some motrin and pedialite
