Feels like the bottom of my back and hips are going to dislodge themselves anyone know what this could be?xx
If you haven't had it before now it could mean baby is engaged, it might be worth speaking to your midwife as you're so late on into your pregnancy xx
@meadraven, ughh not good. does it sign that baby os engaged or anythong or is it just another pregnancy problem xx
Yes I know how you feel. my pelvis and back were a bit rubbish before I got pregnant and I'm suffering with spd now. I'm sorry :( xx
@nessa230416, yeah, I can genuinely say I feel your pain. I've had numerous appointments with GP's and midwifes all they've done is give me dehydrocohdine (which I refuse to take) and told to rest. There's some days I can't even walk the length of myself because of the pain, it's dreadful xx
@nico7, its so painful when I have to get up after sitting for a while. once I get moving im okay but gosh it does feel like the bottom of my back and hips are about to drop of or snap!
I have sore pelvis and hips and baby is engaged now so it could be that? Just curl up on the sofa with a hot water bottle or heat patch and make a nice hot chocolate. works for me :) xx
