honestly I wouldn't get your hopes up to high. I had diarrhea (I'm currently 38 weeks 2 days) and then next thing you know I got constipated for two days.

yes its one of the signs. she I went into labor a couple days ago I had diarrhea like 2-3 days before I had her. and my braxron hicks started hurting and got stronger and went lower down into my pelvis
