These postpartum feelings are so real... I feel so sad I want to cry over everything. I'm stuck in this house 24/7 in so not used to this. I'm used to having an active lifestyle.. Gym and always being out. I can't work out until my 6 weeks are up, I can't leave the house BC baby is too small and doctor said its not recommended to take the baby out until his one month appt. I'm just so sad and frustrated all the time.. I don't like my new body. Most importantly I have found myself questioning myself if I will ever be a good mom?? What if I'm not a good parent?? :(

you just have to breath and look at that beautiful baby and let all your fears go I know its not easy I suffer from depression myself but it sounds to me like u need some you time don't be afraid to take some time out for your self

You are a good mom don't worry I went thru the same with my first son... It took me a while to get over it... You will be fine.. Do have friends to come visit you or some family members... I know my case I didn't want anybody around me or my son. Time flies don't think about being home a lot

I'm going through the same !!! I felt this way before my daughter had her 2 month shots. Now that she has em I want to go out everyday and I do. What helped me is my husband will get home early onces a week and I will go do my nails or even go grocery shopping. I get so relieved doing so. It will take time I'm still working on it ! 😘😊
