You can totally just make an appointment and go. I would still mention to your ob that you're going... But absolutely. The chiropractor does wonders for sciatica... I highly recommend going as I know how crippling the pain can be.
Yes! I go to the chiropractor every week and since I am pregnant he does a very good job of making sure to get my pelvis aligned properly again! I love going! @expectingbaby04

That I'm not sure of. You could probably ask your doc for a referral first and see if there's someone they recommend!

@chelz_renae, omg i just want relief in my back lol..so i would need more than one visit
