To any mommies that breastfed and supplemented..... Is it ok to do this? Should I be mixing the two together? Is there a certain amount of breastmilk baby should be receiving a day, meaning less formula? I want to pump also as much as I can so others can feed baby and give me a rest. FTM here. I've taken care of alot of babies but they've all been formula fed.

if your pumping and feeding regularly, there is no need to supplement with formula. idk about mixing the two together.

when I had to supplement usually because I didn't send enough breast milk, my son drank just formula. I was usually back by the next feeding.

You Can Always Just Pump Extra Breastmilk And Freeze It For Later So Others Can Feed Baby But At The Same Time, Baby Is Just Getting Breastmilk. @jacesterlingsmommy
