Ok mama's I need advice.. has anyone had a stroller from AmorosO Enterprise? (it's a brand).. I am a hairstylist and one of my really sweet clients ordered me a double stroller from them..well I'm so super thankful but unfortunately the stroller isn't for an infant/toddler..you can't attach a car seat and my toddler son is above the weight limit.. well I don't have the heart to tell her!! so I tried to call the company about exchanging it and they have the most simple odd website, and the phone number goes straight to a vm. I've tried everything to reach the company and haven't gotten a reply. I just am at a loss on what to do!

I seen that walmart and sears carried them but I don't think it was from either of those stores and I don't want to be rude and ask @tattooomama

you can take it in and tell them you got as a gift etc they'll exchange it

I'd call them.....because I grew up with a friend and her mom worked at walmart and she said they take anything.....you can also tell them that you saw it online and return in store should be allowed. @jamielynn07 Google the company to see where they are sold. if it's at one walmart, you should be able to return to any.

It's such a shady company I just don't understand what to do. it has such a basic website. they are manufactured in CA but that's all I can see.

walmart won't take it because I don't have a receipt and they only sell it online not in stores @tattooomama @scidg3

That'so dd, it was a gift! Tell that lady is messed up and you need receipt for proof to get a different one.....lol @jamielynn07 good luck girlie! maybe if you keep bugging company they will help you!

nothing is working lol @scidg3 I guess I'm going to have to call her and tell her I can't use it. I feel so awful. I don't want to embarrass her or make her feel obligated to buy me something else.. on the other hand I don't want a brand new stroller to go to waste.
