get the flu shot... after you get over this i promise it helps

@prettypoohbie, don't get the flu shot once you've already had the flu. The flu shot is like injecting a little bit of the flu in to your system so when it does come around your body already knows how to fight it. I haven't had a flu shot in over 15 years and I rarely get the flu.

I would call your dr since you're already well in to your 30 weeks just to make sure

I second @valrocks stay as far away as you can from the flu shot.
