I totally recommend the IUD. I had the Mirena and loved it. Got it removed to have baby #2 and had no problems getting preggo once it was removed.

I'm considering it given that hubby and I are content with our two children...I'm just afraid I'll want more children in the future

I had the iud and it gave me month long migraines but no periods. I didn't like it so much but enjoyed its effectiveness

have you ever tried the iud? I had the Paragard which is bc for 10 years. and it made my period go from 7 days to 3-4 days way less cramps and very effective on no pregnancies then when I got it out I got pregnant right away. I recommend it (:
