Im losing my mind trying to figure out if I should stay with my sons father or leave before my sons…

I agree with @jujukiss try taking a break now see how it goes! Maybe it will be better for you...if things are bad now they very well may only get worse when the baby is here...good luck keep your head up and stay strong.

I'm in a situation either I stay and be misreble so my son knows his father, or I leave and continue to provide for my son in a better mental state , and financially better off since my sons father doesn't help at all and makes my life a living hell. I hate being with him. I am Much happier alone, I just don't think it would be healthy if my son knew him or got used to him. not a role model not in the slightest, and he's married with an 11year old son that he's already proved is more important

@owynngenesmommy07216, you will regret staying with him. my boyfriends mom did the same thing and she was abused by his dad and my boyfriend saw all of that. my boyfriend doesn't like either of his parents to much even though his mom stayed so his dad could be in his life. if mom isn't happy baby won't be happy. baby will realize what an ass his dad is and thank you in the long run for not staying just to be "strong"

@jujukiss, I just don't Want owynn to hate me if he doesn't know his father, or he meets him later in life and doesnt realize why I didn't think he was a healthy influence. my sons father seems ohkay and the greatest guy to other people, but behind closed doors, I can't even begin to explain. plus he has a whole nother life

@owynngenesmommy07216, don't keep him away from his dad as he gets older he'll see his dad is a ass. allow your son the chance to form his own opinion of his dad

To be honest he I'll hate you more for staying and being miserable. If your not happy he will see that. My mom stayed miserably with my father u til we were all old enough to be on our own. And I absolutely hated her for that. She was so mean to us cuz she was unhappy. If his father wants to be part of his life he will find a way to be I mean don't keep him from yur son but don't force him either. You will be so much happier and it will be so much easier for you to provide for him and give him as much love and care as possible

That you can't stop. Unfortunately his father has the right no fight you to see him! Even if you don't put him on the birth certificate. It will be a little bit harder for him to get in front of the judge and what not if he isn't on the birth certificate but I say go with your heart!! And leave if you are unhappy maybe he won't want to fight you on your son.. You know

@ashcos, he's not even claiming my son. can't sign the birth certificate, nothing . if he's there when I deliver, he can't even say that's his son.
