@celenarenee, I just watched the announcement. They declared it a disaster so when the storm passes you can get relief. I don't know exactly where you are but I have a friend that lives in south Houston, if you are close I could see if there is a way for her to help... I'm way on the NW side in Hockley so I'm sure that I'm too far away.
