thank you! @sabby I'm just worried bc my boyfriend makes over the income limit but we honestly do eat separate and we have a lot of monthly bills we pay.. so idk how this will all work out.
You can file just you. Say he's your room mate. I live with my mom and I have to have letters from her for everything saying that I pay for everything for me and my son. Been having to do it for 7 years!!!
Oh wow! yeah, I didn't know that during my appointment so they went by his income and mine but luckily they verified that I had medical insurance for my pregnancy so I was approved for now. @mandy890
Yeah if you are in Medicaid you automatically qualify for wic. Not necessarily for other things. Like I have Medicaid and wic and county day care but I make too much for food stamps. Lol it's a croc of shit sometimes.
And I'll take all the help I can get. I'm a department manager so I make decent and I still can't afford shit. But if I sat at home on my butt they would give me everything
it's sad how that works!! it really is. when I lose my medical assistance we will qualify bc it will just be my boyfriend working but right now I'm getting unemployment til the middle of august. I'm not sure how long I'll get medical assistance after she is born? I just hate that a lot of working mom's technically make 'too much'. don't they consider all the bills that have to be paid? @mandy890
