Could be a clogged milk duct

@babybee, I had it twice. I googled some stuff. I used a hot rag and massaged it. I pumped to stimulate the nipple and cleaned it and then just kept massaging it while i pumped and it eventually pulled through and emptied. I'd Google clogged duct tho for a variety of tips. I only needed a hot wash cloth and some massaging

Massage it, and get in the shower and let hot water run on them that will help your milk come down.
