How long do you do the vitex and or black cohosh for

Vitex I take continually. First thing in the morning everyday. I've been taking it for two cycles now. Black cohosh I only take for two weeks each cycle staying on the first day of my period up to ovulation. @brelee2006

If you are not pregnant but you're period is late black cohosh will help get your period going. If you choose to use vitex, slowly ween yourself off of it after you find out you're pregnant. @brelee2006
