so FTM here.... this might be TMI, but when did you start using breast pads? I am 28 weeks, and starting to leak when I sleep or get a hug, I dont usually sleep in a bra, but hate waking up witb wet spots.

if you're leaking, use them... There's no "right time"... I've started leaking towards the end of the 2nd trimester with all my pregnancies and started using them.

I haven't leaked, not all moms do. But if you do it can happen anytime during pregnancy.

I've noticed a lot of woman on here are having leaking breast! I'm 29wks I haven't had it happen!
