Can someone help me understand this lightheadeness and dizziness during the 3rd trimester. I don't like it and it makes me feel like this pregnancy is going to kill me. 😩 my cardiologist said my heart is doing fine. I just don't get it. What causes this crap?

Idk but I have had it for weeks. to the point where I will randomly almost pass out or fall over. maybe it's something with the blood flow?? /:

No. I will see if my specialist has any idea. I see him Thurs and my ob Fri maybe one will know!

Ugh I feel you! I'm like that my entire pregnancies :( taking slow release iron has helped me! But my body just doesn't handle all the extra blood well! Sounds like yours doesn't either! Hang in there

I really do believe iron has a lot to do with it @brittanycheri my hemoglobin has been just slightly slow but my Ob "claims" that it's not anemic, and every time they draw my blood my red blood cell count is low.

@mamatip24, it's been so horrible. Even trips to the store are scary and hard to accomplish because of the way I feel
