I had this problem with my daughter. No matter what she always spit up a little. I would recommend burping after so many oz and try and keep her head elevated and maybe switching to a different bottle. She may be getting to much air.

I be burping her and I just started using Dr browns bottles which are way better than the avent bottles. But I'm try burping her after every so many ounces I think that mite be what's causing it I'm overfeeding her. She drink her bottles so I don't think it's reflux @kgreer

Dr Browns bottles worked wonders. Maybe try feeding her a ounce or so less but more often if that makes sense. My daughter always spit up until we changed bottles and it calmed down a ton. Once she starts projecting her spit-up up. I wouldn't worry to much. But you can ask your doc about it.

Try burping her like in between feeding. Like feed her like half of whatever she drinks then burp her then feeds her the rest then burp her again.
