It sucked for sure! Back labor all night for me. I was literally butt naked on all fours curled in a ball on top of the hospital bed while they put in my iv and all. Thank God for the epidural! It's super exhausting. Lots and lots of rest when you can momma!
Yessss it's the worst pain I ever felt in my life.. I went all natural too, but just know that the pain is temporary. And your baby is your motivation.
Honestly my labor wasn't that bad. Yes it was 23 hours long but it wasn't so much pain as everyone was telling me it was more like severe pressure in my pelvis back and vagina with every contraction. Granted I did have an uncomplicated birth but it really wasn't as bad as people said. Of course everyone is different.

Yes if you are me and chose to go all natural. But it's weird you think it's like what you are suppose to do during it. You will be fine 😊

And I didn't have an epidural. And half my labor was spent at home.
