I think i have the prescription zantac take it twice a day. I thought my heartburn was bad before I got pregnant but now I feel like it's going to be the death of me. it's absolutely horrible

I take Zantac. It's over the counter and works wonders. I had heartburn so bad I was throwing up and feeling horrible for days at a time until I started taking it.

tsp of apple cider vinegar or tsp of yellow mustard and chase it with a tall glass of water

prilosec and milk help with my first now with my daughter nothing 😭😭

I've tried the tums. it hasn't helped. milk works I just don't want to drink it all the time lol
