drinking this red raspberry leaf tea.... how many cups can I drink a day? is it safe too drink 2?

ion think its supposed too cause you too go into labor, its just too prepare for labor , I heard its good for when your in actual labor, and after @tattoomom3 so either way we getting something out of it lol
