Family of the year- a grandma driving the car, with oxygen, mother is smoking next to her and a baby girl between 1 1/2- 2 in back seat facing forward. She looked too small to face forward yet. And before anyone defends how a baby sits, I'm on the fence but for this story I'm taking the face backwards side.
