Interesting. Usually they tell u to take it with food. I've taken without and sometimes get an upset stomach

Take it with food, but absolutely no dairy for an hour before or after, and also, not during. The dairy will make the iron unable to be absorbed by your body .

My iron pills say take between meals, but all my dr told me was to make sure I don't take it at the same time of my prenatal, have at least 6 hours in between the pills

@beccalynnn, yeah mines told me that as well. Well the part to not take them with my prenatals.

I have to take mine after I eat or I get sick
