My ob told me to walk to help induce labor.. Im only 37 weeks and 1cm dilated? Is that normal for an ob to say?
Yes, it's normal. It's just to help you progress. It's not even guaranteed that it'll help but it's a big possibility
I did nipple stimulation for 15 minutes later that night before I went to bed. Woke up at 8am to contractions :)
See I looked up ways to help induce labor naturally. I read that sex, walking, nipple stimulation, garlic, castor oil, and other stuff helps. I actually worked my butt of cleaning today I hope that couldve done something cause after I was done, I was stressed out and my feet were swollen. @halsey11
Alright. I actually was told i went into preterm labor the other night when i was in the hospital, they had to stop it though and then they said something about hoe i dont need to walk because something about preterm labor. Its confusing to me honestly. @killxj0y
@its.kateyy, it might be just to make sure you continue making progress, some women will progress a little & then stop. That's what I was told
Why though? I thought you were only suppose to induce your labor if your 40 weeks and late for labor...? @killxj0y
yes that's normal I'm not even near 30 weeks or delievert and mine has already told me that
